Terms of Use

These terms explain the basis on which you may use the Arpivo website and browser-based music studio.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. Using Arpivo

By accessing or using Arpivo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or studio. You must use Arpivo only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or the rights of others.

2. A free, browser-based service

Arpivo is provided free of charge and is intended to run in a compatible web browser. No account or subscription is required. Features may change as the software is improved, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Your music and your rights

Arpivo does not claim ownership of music, arrangements, recordings or project files you create using the studio. Subject to any third-party rights in material you import, your original work remains yours to keep, export, publish, license or share.

4. Material you import

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any samples, recordings or other material you import. Arpivo does not grant rights to third-party content and must not be used to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

5. Local projects and backups

Arpivo stores working data in your browser and allows project and audio files to be exported locally. Browser data can be removed by device settings, storage-clearing tools or browser changes. You are responsible for exporting and backing up work you want to preserve.

6. Availability and compatibility

Browser capabilities, device performance and audio support vary. Arpivo is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every function will work on every device or remain available without interruption.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arpivo is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. The operator is not liable for lost projects, lost profits, lost data or indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the studio, website or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.

These terms are a clear general statement for the service, not legal advice. Operator contact details and any jurisdiction-specific wording can be added before public launch.
